Show both custom user title and position title?

Would it be possible to get a mod that will display a user's position title (Example, Administrator or Super Moderator) underneath their custom user title (or the titles they get from posting, such as "Newbie" and "Elite Poster") and it will show on posts, their profile, and the members list?

So...

Username
Number One Member!
Administrator
