Shoutbox With Post Count

hi can anyone tell me is there anyway to put on my shout box so that users cant shout untill they have done say at lest 2 post and then the shout box will open i dont think there is but thort id ask lol thanks

i make something similar for downloads i renamed the default group of registered user and i limited them to use the downloads section, and i create a new user group mnamed registered userd instead of the original one i make that when user's have 5 posts they automatically are promoted to registered users, you can do something like that and restrict users in that group for using your shoutbox
