Shoutbox problem!

I am using Inferno vBShout Pro 2.5.2.Could someone help me to solve the problem? After i changed the font color,it will always show up the color code.....but it never shows up the color.What should i do?

Reinstall the shout.

no no, in shoutbox pro settings, you have to enable, BBcodes, font colours bold underlined and basic bbcode.
