Shoutbox help

Whenever I go to my forums the shoutbox is there but, it won't let me shout it just keeps saying loading... Can anyone help?

did you have put all files in correctly folder? ...SB stay on "Loading..." process 'couse it doesn't found all file required .....
Then control the path of all file...
I'm sure it's not big problem ;-)
