setup user promotions

I have user promotions on my setup so that after you make one post that you have access to another forum problem is it never runs the task as it should. sometimes it does it sometimes it doesn't.
 
Make sure its set to posts only and not post and reps or posts reps and date etc.

Plus the cron jobs that run do take time to implement themselves.
 
i do have it setup like that i'm going to keep monitoring it see how it goes and see how long it takes for users to get promoted
 
k exactly how much time is need because its 10:26 now and it was suppose to update @ 9:40 and it has not promoted the user.
