Setting a usergroup to a board

Well I want to set a user group to a board, like in my "Admins Only" board, I want to set the user group administrator etc, so can anyone tell me how to do this?
 
Thanks alot, but I need one thing, I set it all to no, but they can't see the forum like its empty nothings there, but when I set can view forum they can see it and enter the forum, but I just want them to see it not be able to enter it could you tell me how to do that?
