Does anyone know why session information doesn't hold when viewing a site through another sites "wrapper", such as hotmail.com. When you click on a weblink from within an email, it displays the msn wrapper above the site. When this happens and the visiting site tries to send out the cookie/session id, it doesnt hold all the time. Anyone know why this could be happening?
-flcause you need to use third-party cookies. it is not real configurable and sometimes can become a pain.
but you will need to use P3P and it should work with session as well. haven't tried it with that.
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.w3.org/P3P/">http://www.w3.org/P3P/</a><!-- m -->
but to sum it up, cookie/session are only good for the domain you are on.
if this is way out of line then you have to explain what a msn wrapper is
