servlet runner

i am trying to run my servlet using a servletrunner, i gave the alias namefor the servlet in the examples\servletproperties file,,,but then when itype the URL <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://localhost:8080/servlet/aliasname....it">http://localhost:8080/servlet/aliasname....it</a><!-- m --> is not runningit says..servlet not found..what could be the error..I am also not able torun the servlet using javawebserver though i copied the servlet.class fileto the servlets folder of javawebserver2.0..is it a problem with the settingof class path or something else??pls let me know...satish
