I need something better than serverwizards. Lately their support has gone slow, even high priority tickets are replied slow. Currently my database server seems to be having some privilege issues & is been down for 3-4hrs, they haven't replied to my tickets yet. Nor do i see them replying till morning, i.e. a lot of down time for me.Need something that gives real 24/7 support. I don't usually have lot of tickets, its just when something goes down.Im looking for one to, WIll make sure i put serverwizards on my do not look at list.Guys, If you are running Linux based systems, I would suggest trying out PlatinumServerManagement - I use them and they are excellent. There's a list I compiled of the server management companies I found off WHT.http://www.webhostingtalk.com/wiki/Server_management
There's a list I compiled of the server management companies I found off WHT.Thx Swizi , i will go through the list Nice list very helpfulI also think you should check out platinumservermanagement. I use them and they great. Definitely recommend them.I can easily recommend the following two:got-management.com and servaxnet.com Both are very, very solid and knowledgeable but they are not cheap. I believe they each charge $100/mo per server. However, if you're serious about your operation, that kind of money will be well worth it to you.PSM is only for Cpanel-based servers.I need something better than serverwizards.

I been feeling that too. I have there manage package but yet i don't think i have requested anything that is under more then what a normal server should be.
A server should be online and able to send emails. 99% of my tickets are why is my site down emails aren't working. I honestly dont' know why i pay for manage server because i dont' need it, Can't ask for management if your server isnt' even online.
But i also have been having ton of database issues. I have been with them for almost 2 years and its gone to hell!!I used ServerWizards, Seeksadmin and Acunett. I was unhappy with all.Very low responses, very low starting to work in your issues... It seems that they oversell. Many times they have told me "we are working on that" and is false.I just need to send an average of 1-2 tickets per month (generally 0 tickets per month) but I want someone there when there is a big problem.I would go with PSM but I don't need cpanel, I just run basically a website so I think that cpanel will only use unnecessary resources of the serverI used ServerWizards, Seeksadmin and Acunett. I would recommend you go with got-management or servaxnet. I have worked with both and they are both great. They do cost more than the ones you've listed, but they are solid.http://www.bluetrident.net/Imran and company are fantastic.I would recommend you go with got-management or servaxnet. I have worked with both and they are both great. They do cost more than the ones you've listed, but they are solid.I really like that kind of offers like got-management has: "5 hours per month of server maintenance and 5 hours of on-demand support" and if you want to buy extra support you've got to pay 50$/hour. I don't trust on offers like "unlimited tickets".Anyhow I'm looking for a company that gives you fast reliable emergency support, if it's "one time service" (I mean pay per time) is also Ok.Touchsupport.com all the way - truly AMAZING. Very fast responses, always there when you need them most. Have saved me a countless number of times.Have you considered PSM (PlatinumServerManagement.com)?
They monitor your server and when it goes down they contact your datacenter to get it rebooted, but they only charge $29 a month for a fully managed cpanel server and all of their techs are usa based. Give them a shot!Has anyone ever used bobcares.com? I found this one in the WIki, and after e-mailing 7-8 of the companies there for a quote on my situation, bobcares gave the most thorough response.I have added our company to the wiki. Feel free to check out the revised listing.I would suggest you contact Cinu over at http://www.supportpro.com
They are a professional company that we have been dealing with for over 2 years for not only ticket support but server admin work too.
[email protected] should get you there.
My 2 cents.
