server error 500 when edit 2 templated

hi

iam facing hard problem when i edit (SHOWTHREAD) (FORUMDISPLAY) templates it appear to me
server internal error 500( when i click save )
the template is (SHOWTHREAD) (FORUMDISPLAY)

i delete all hacks and disabled from config and i don't have .htaaccess file in my vb folder

any body solve to me this problem :(
