1st problem =Guys i m trying to change the usergroup of one of our members and it gives me a serious error ...This also happens sometimes when posting threasds

2nd problem= my donation goal bar is not working ..(cyb-paypal donate) it still shows as 0 % aafter some ppl had donated ....please help me with these problems someone ..please :(


THIS IS THE ERROR PAGE TEXT (1st problem) :

Method Not Allowed

The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /admincp/user.php.
