If I have Keywords and Description for meta stored in a variable in a config file and then caled on it from the site... would it hurt SEO?No, spiders read the web page as it is displayed. Not the method in which you use to gather and display data.Almost all CMS do this anyway.It will not hurt your SEO, I do it myself, also for the titles and it works very well.Awesome! Thanks guys... I appreciate itthe keyword and description for meta would not hurt your site and it is part of the seo techniques.But meta tags do nothing with SERPs.There are limited search engines which use this strategy for ranking.Isn't it?It will not hurt rather it will help.
