Seo help needed - Google & Yahoo

Hi...This question may be have asked for several times i think so..but still i would like to have more suggestions.The keywords of my website http://www.loansolutioncenter.com has got ranking in MSN but nowhere in Yahoo and Google.Can anyone tell me some suggestions or reasons why is it so ? I have done directory submission, Rss submission, se submission, link exchange with related sites and more from last 3 months but still the keywords of this website is nowhere in Google and Yahoo rankings. Then how come in MSN its there?
