Hi guys, I joined SEO contest.

ummm , I joined SEO contest , ı have got 3-4 web sites but my websites zero pagerank!. , ı wrote original articles my websites "seo word" and them shared facebook and twitter .and ı did ping ,ı used H1 tags , added a link to my site I wrote footerda. What else can I do now, ı did bookmarking my websites a little...Do you have any other suggestions? Hey there are many options for you.
You can choose the traditional way of link building in which one way link like forums and blogs are preferred.
You can also share a site on bookmarking site like stumble, digg, mix. Well.... What is The Goal of the contest? and how long do you have?

Do I need to do every day, bookmarking? Yes, you need to work with backlinks as well. What are the rules for sharing? Are you allowed to post links etc. in your posts? If you are in the contest then don't you think that concentrating and working on one site will make it easy for you to win the contest.
Don't worry about the PR of the SEO it is mere a one factor in the rankings of search engines. To do the good seo I believe one should study the workings of search engines if you are a beginner you must know so you can have idea what are the factors which search engines take in consideration while ranking the web pages.
