Send web service request from Winform application

I am creating an application on Windows Forms (Framework 3.5) and now the challenge has came to me to create webservice request from the application which will send the data in XML format.I have to create XML from the data coming form textboxes and listboxes.If any one can help me with any sample code or any reference link.Thanks in advance,Mohd Imran
