Select boxes - text colour

Is it possible to change the colour of the text in the text box half way through an option?

So it might show:

<option>Up to 1 day <this bit blue text> ... and higher </option>

i.e. so that 'Up to 1 day' would appear normally and '... and higher' would be in a different colour.
