If there is anyone around from seeksadmin I would like to get his attention, as I have not received a reply on my ticket for last 14hrs now. Here is Ticket ID: DGV-666107.
Also I would like to know if there is someone out there who is running ffmpeg setup by seeksadmin, They have been unable to setup my video sharing site for last 3 days (72hrs). And now the guys have stopped responding to my ticket. I have seen quite a few bad review threads here on WHT about seeksadmin but I will hold my review for another day, let's see if they can finish it off in a better manner, so far it's been bad start Open a ticket to feedback, something like this happended to me also:

Regarding my ticket QVN-683433: It seems that the 'techs' need 4 days allready to install phpsysinfo and mrtg. Is that really that hard to do?
Also, i'm waiting for reply for more then 16 hours now and the tech stated in a previous reply ''The delay is occurring due to Sunday our one senior admin will come 2 hours later from now.'' .. do you really only have ONE senior/level 3 admin?

All our staff members are level 3, which is the highest level of staff member. We have some staff who are dedicated to the setup/security process and that is what the staff member meant. Normally we have one per shift, however as one of our staff members had a motorcycle accident and is currently in hospital, we are one staff member short and this resulted in one shift not having a security admin available.
I do apologise for this, and I have made sure the ticket is sorted. I can assure you all our staff are qualified and this will ot happen again

However it looks like un-true some excuse to me Tris has always been good with me but it seems maybe different here. A well documented person on WHT for ffmpeg is MaximSupports (you can simply use the search box to find out).Tris assured me yesterday and day before over msn that he is gonna get it fixed by one of the staff. But .... Yeah we had some strange errors on that ticket. As discussed on MSN I am sorry about it and will get the refund processed.The reason for the long reply is that yo requested it be moved to the billing department which is not monitored 24/7.Yeah we had some strange errors on that ticket.
