frattay22: I have noticed that you seem to enjoy posting your bad experience in every post mentioning us. Although your opinion is respected we have changed since then. We have had no complaints in 2-3 months bar one and that one was not even our fault and the client admitted that. Our quality of response, speed of response and even our admins have all improved. I do admit 4 or 5 months ago we were at the bottom of a steep hill, however now we are quickly climbing it up again, and if you wish to try us again you will note the improvements. I'll tell you what email sales and I will give you a month of management free, just to prove to you that we have changed and let you experience it first handTRSeeks seeksadmin, i used ur service and i wasnt satisfied, and i am sharing my experience, just as other people do about every other service here, theres no rule that says you can only comment once about a service, so please do not make me look like the bad guy just because i am telling the truth about how bad your service is

and how can u say you had no complaints in 2-3 months if there are posts from others as recent as this week with others saying they had the same experience that i did a while ago are still having the same problem "now"?

anyway, 2-3 months is not long enough to brag about really anyway, since u have been around since 2003, 2-3 months is really nothing to talk about

ive been with psm for years and never had a complaint, now that is something to brag aboutfrattay22, please read that thread and you will see that at the end he admits it was not our fault. Simple as that. That is for that thread. Also we have been around since 2003, and we had no complaints and only positive feedback until around March this year. Then we had 2 months or so where it went for bad to worse from us, growing pains and switching office did not go well for us. However we have now improved and are once again at high quality.I am not saying you have no right to say that, what I am saying though is that you say it in every post as if it was a current situation whereas your issue was month and months ago I do believe, and hence saying it is still current and we are still bad is wrong and incorrect. I have offered you a chance to see that we have improved, and as I said it was for free. I would like you to take it, as this should surely be a sign that I believe that we have improved. Worst comes to worst if we have not improved then you at least are up to date, however I can garauntee you we have. thats like 14 bad posts in the past 3 months, thats more than the amount of good posts about you in the same time

the only thing i am scared of is wasting my time on your service, again. you said your service has gotten great in the last 3 months, and you said you had no complaints in the last 3 months, yet i find 14 people posting saying they had the same expierience i had, and you want me to waste my time again? no thank you. when i start seeing more positive feedback on your company, or at least less negative feedback on your company, then may be i will reconsider but i dont expect that anytime soonI am not saying come back and pay for it, I am saying we will give it to you for free. You are out of line by stating that is only 1 bad review and that everything has changed in 3 months, he is fully within his right to post his experience and if that is his experience then you deserve what he posts, that's part of running a business.

Can't comment on them myself as I have not used their services, but you can easily search for the reviews here. Not disputing any of these threads, mainly because I have not read through them. Response times should not be an issue, if you are having any problems with them contact us for your credit.

Quick question though...when was the last time you pulled through a mcdonalds drive-thru or checked out at your local electronics store and went back to complement on how good the fries tasted or how friendly the clerk was. :stickout: Now let those fries be slightly over/under cooked and the checkout not go smoothly and the chances of you commenting are a bit higher right?

Steven.C/seeksadmin, whether you want to call it outsourcing and offshoring doesnt matter, i dont believe that you have 4 actual offices around the world that are owned and operated just by you, its kinda hard to believe. youd have to be very very very very large to have 4 offices around the world, even if they are small offices. especially considering seeksadmin is not even incorporated under its own name and it is operating under its parent name instead makes it less believable too. think about it, a company with 4 offices around the world and their own name is not even incorporated lol.. id think a company of your supposed size would at least have their own name incorporated

you may have people you pay to work for you in those places but that doesnt mean you own an office there, and that leads me back to what i said earlier, that you are paying people outside to do your work (not in-house employees). theres nothing wrong with that necessarily but dont lie about it. for me personally though, i prefer to stick with companies that do everything in-house.

i have a friend in japan and canada that work with me, im going to start saying i have offices in japan and canada now LOL

why not show us some proof of all these offices around the world, got some pics to share, id love to see them?Read my post carefully, I said offices in Pakistan & India as well as employed staff here in the US and UK. There is a difference between outsourcing and offshoring and I just wanted to point that out. They are all in-house employees. I'm sure one could easily do some research and find that the cost of maintaining an office (everything from the lease, electric, internet, generators, phone + salary) offshore in certain locations is a lot different than Canada/Japan as you have mentioned. Our corporate setup has nothing to do with our size - I have seem a vast number of large sole proprietorships and partnerships sell here on WHT and other places. It is what works for us. Pics, yes we have - none taken for the public yet just for internal review of the setup of each office. I have lied no where and your insinuation of such is quite offensive, thus making this my last direct comment to you, as this is a waste of time. It seems you're just dead set on arguing everything SeeksAdmin.Wow, I have never seen anything like this before, 2 employees from the same company ganging up on a disatisfied customer, Wow! You said you did not have any complaints in the past 3 months, but I checked the links frattay22 pasted and there's at least a dozen unrelated people all saying the same thing about bad service. You said you have 4 offices around the world, and that is just a little hard to believe, I hope you can see where I am coming from, there's not many server management or even hosting companies that have 1 office let alone "4" offices and around the entire world! It would be good to provide some proof to back this up. It shouldn't be too hard to gather your staff in each office and take a group photo. You said you have them but they are for internal review? Unless they contain top secret information, what internal review is needed? All I'd expect to see is the employees in a group photo, maybe wearing a logo on their hat or something. It doesn't have to be taken by a professional photographer or anything like that, just a photo of each set of your employees in front of each of the 4 offices you claim to have.You said you have 4 offices around the world, and that is just a little hard to believe...

to me, that says you have 4 offices, or at least 4 locations where you have a staff at

i will just add this up to the list of your lies and contradictionsThere is a different verb in there for the second part of that statement. "We maintain small offices offshore (India & Pakistan) as well as employ techs here in the US & in the UK." 2 offices with emloyees working in them and remote employees in the 2 other locations. I believe that was maid clear by the initial statment, but now broken down.Anyone know what happened to the OP on this topic or has is just continued on without their input? Don't delete posts though, because they are good to be kept as archives.ah man, i was hoping this thread was going to be productive. Please split those seekadmin disputes into a new thread. I met TouchSupport at HostingCon this year and they seem like great people. I have not used their services, so I cant comment on their actual quality. They did inform me that their techs are native English speakers, which IMHO makes them better than most of the server management companies ive seen on here.Linux Network Care is another quality company that I have actually used for management services.
