I received an offer for a domain that I have parked in Sedo.
The price is ok with me, so I have 2 options:
1) I can accept the offer
2) I can put the domain for auction.
My question is: why would anyone want to simply accept the offer? If you put the domain for auction, then in the worst case scenario, you end up selling it to the person who made the offer for the money they offered before the auction.
So why would I want to simply accept the offer?
Am I missing something obvious/basic?
