hi i got a new site up not a lot of members on there bit it is new when that go to a post it is saying this in red here.

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.
can you help me will this.
