Secondary CSS stylesheet doesn't display in HTML

I have 2 stylesheets that i'm displaying in my sandbox.However, the shop stylesheet doesn't display in my theme, but it works in the twentyten theme... its been a day and I'm bugged out trying to fix what's missing... I can't see anything wrong with it unless there's a conflict with the main stylesheet vs the secondary stylesheet!Is there something wrong with my code? Firebug isn't throwing anything up as well.you can view the site at http://clients.aptitudedigital.com/store.The CSS that isn't displaying is the shop-style.css file. The main CSS is displaying fine, though.
