I found this from clicking links on a post that was added to a thread here. it has a rather detailed explanation about factors that influence page rank. There are a myriad of tabs you could click on with detailed analyses from more than 100 different professionals.

This study was based on many opinions and hundreds of brains combined so assure there's a light of figuring out how SE ranking to the 'dance'. Plus each part / category of this survey presented good figures, I may not understand all terms they use, still my learning about SEO been compound because of this.
