search box on my site

ok, i would like to have a search box on my site that will search through just the rest of my site and tell me what items the entry matches and possibly a percentage of accuracy to the match.....could someone please point me in the right direction?.....can't seem to find anything<br />

I have been getting this box for about a week or so. Can anyone tell how to get rid of this or contact the people for this site?<br />
