ScrollPath IE hack

I have been looking at ways to make this awesome http://joelb.me/scrollpath/ plugin work the same in IE. When you JUST scroll IT SEEMS TO WORK but when using the nav tabs it doesn't work.There are alternatives, though. like usung the horizontal/vertical content slider option. But I want to use the same thing as is on IE maybe twick it here and there
