I have this oddity.<br />

Whenever i view this page from my machine the scrollbar attributes work as i have specified but whenever i view it on any other machine even with all the same components the scrollbars turn to default IE grey. <br />

As silly as it sounds, did the other machines have an old version of IE? The scrollbar CSS only works with 2 versions of IE: 5.5 and 6.0.<!--content-->I'm using the same as you on my machine. (nice choice)<br />

This machine I'm on at work has 2000 pro and ie5.5 and it for some reason is still doing the default thing.<br />

I know this is browser specific but well....im an ie user.<br />

Maybe i'll just have to recommend that the user upgrade their version (if they care)(if i really care?)<br />
