Scrollbar on the left side?

I've seen this before, and here is an example here. <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.r-al7ob.com/">http://www.r-al7ob.com/</a><!-- m --> . It seems to work in IE Only, but dont see anything in the source code. Does anyone know how to make the browser do this, I think its kinda cool. Might adopt it for A1 JavaScripts..lol<!--content-->that is sorta obnoxious for left to right languages, did you see if the rtl (right to left) attribute does that?<br />

<HTML dir=rtl><!--content-->Kevin, I did see that in the source, wondered if it may have had something to do with it. I just did a test and added that to a page to see what happens. It does change the scroll bar and also does some other rather interesting changes to the page. Pretty damn odd really but funny...like punctation marks at the beginning instead of the end and all sorts. :)<br />
