Hehe, time for more questions.<br /><br />Ok, trying to install PhpSupportTickets, it all goes well accept when I make a test user and try to submit a ticket. Line 863 of the file /home/tinywiz/public_html/desk/index.php seems to be trying to open a directory named home/tinywiz/public_html/helpdesk/upload. Either that name is wrong, the permissions are set wrong or the directory doesn't exist.<!--content-->
