Script Clonig Problem !!!

Hi guys!!

This is a little pop up table I having trouble with.....
Do you think I can be able to use this script in my Home page
twice or more as I need. Making them into separate Scripts.
I tried changing all name fuctions on the second instance, but
I get the pop up from the first Script
