Scheduled Task Manager Not Updateing

My Scheduled Task Manager is not updateing can anyone help please.

Have you altered the footer template of the skin you are using? If not, look to see if this line is in the footer:

$cronimage

If that line appears in your footer template, then something else is wrong, but if it's not there, stick it in there somewhere and they should start working again.
