Sb trouble and installing styles

Ok for .1) I have added <!--{%SHOUTBOX%}--> below &navbar in everystyle i have already installed..(styles that came with it) and the inferno shoutbox is clicked yes to enable.....and the ShoutBox's are still not showing


.2)Where do i go to install styles on my board...(3.7.3)

Shoutbox:
Try installing a previous version of Inferno vB Shout and check if that works. I know the latest version available on vBTeam didn't work on my forum board, so I installed a previous version and it worked perfectly.

Deviant has offered good advice about the possibility you are using a version of Inferno which is incompatible with your forum software. But before you reach that probable conclusion, make sure your Inferno code snippet is placed as in the image at the foot of this post. Also make sure all the files have been uploaded to the proper directory.

The entire Infernoshout folder should be installed on your forum root. For instance:

mysite.com/forum/infernoshout

However, the bitfield_infernoshout.xml file should be in the forum/includes/xml directory.

The inferno.php should be in the forum root i.e. forum/inferno.php
