save jpeg rather than view jpeg

For some large artwork on my website I would like the default behaviour when a link is clicked to pop up a "save as" dialogue box and not open the jpeg in the same window which is the default behaviour. I would also like this to happen for some mp3's I have on my site. Instead of opening media player I would like them to be saved to a users hardddrive.

I am aware that a a user can save the file on a right click, but I prefer it if they didn't have too.

I only have very basic hosting and there is no way I can change the sever setup.

Is this possible?look into execCommand() (http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/auth ... ommand.asp)
Last time when I checked Mozilla does not allow to open Save As dialogue with thisAlternatively, try a "force Download " script like this (PHP):
