Save Button is not working

I am facing a very critical problem.. Whenever I use to update or save new settings on admincp it refuses to update..

I mean it shows the dialog box saying that changes are saved but they aren't saved actually..

And whenever I use to update the settings on usergroups , I observe the new usergroup of the name is automatically created.. And changes dont take place either..

Help Please
