My question here is that What if i have multiple websites which are hosting on same server having same c-block, what if i submit them all together for link building purpose example: in blog commenting i gave links to 3 of my such websites how will search engine look at it? I don't think that should really be a problem, I think if you start to interlink the sites together and they are not in the same niche then it could put up a red flag.
Also if you do anything which connects the sites together and get a manual review then you risk all sites getting hit by a penalty. I would guess that the risk of this happening is quite low though. i means that it may cause some negative points to search engine but as u say its not a very big issue to think about.
