RSS in forumhome template

Hello , morning guys

i have a little problem in include the RSS feed like milw0rm feeds into my forumhome index.php

i try with some hack but its include the RSS into my forum tables ..( sorry dont know what its mean in english but the pic explane )

so how can i include rss in my left + rigth forumhome index ?

the pic in attachment explane where i want the RSS .. its in english + arabic language 2

I never tried this before but it should be done by inline html, try that yet?
