Hello all. I am trying to add an RSS feed to my website so that it auto updates. I have been researching this and there are news readers and aggregates and I have downloaded a couple of them but I am not understanding the process and the only articles I am finding talk about adding RSS to your my yahoo page.
If I had a RSS reader, how do I update the website? There are functions for ftp output files -- does that mean that I need to update the information every day by running a new output? And how then would I be able to have snippets on different pages rather than just one page like myyahoo?
If anyone could give me clarification on the overview of this process or direct me to a GOOD article on it that provides the step by step I would be greatful!!
