Rss Feeds from another forum?

If i wanted to get an rss feed from another forum for example every post made here: 2004/2006 - Movie Forumz

how would I go about it? so that every thread posted there can be created onto my forum in a specific forum? I know it can be done somehow with some link that goes under the rss admin page..

the site has to be feeding rss feeds. all u have to do is copy their rss url into your vbulletin rss manager

I might be lazy but I don't know there rss feed url? all i know is there url to the forum I want posts from
