RSS and vBulletin

I am wondering how to add this RSS system to my forum like vbteam has
member just need to click one RSS button in adders bar so a RSS Fed will attach to their browser, and all new threads come to that RSS tool automatically.

See the screeny to get what i am talking about..

actually i see a RSs system in admincp but need to put a link in it. From were i get that link...isn't its a external feed

Edit RSS Feed

Title: The Title of The RSS [You can put anything]
URL of Feed: EX: YouTube :: Recently Added Videos
Check Feed Every...: Time after the feed check the source for new post/articles etc
Maximum Items to Fetch : How many items, posts in this case do you want to be posted at once
Search Items for Words : The feed will post only the articles with the words specificated by you
User Name : Your poster User Name [need to be an existing member]
Forum : Forum that the bot will post

Title Template: Put {rss:title}
Body Template: The content of the post. I use
Code: 
Title:
{rss:title}

Description:
{rss:description}

Something Else?
 
That is the easy part

The sites that have this icon in adress bar click on it then subscribe and copy the existing adress.

Some important sites, like youtube offer a great variety of rss feeds.
It is not hard, just explore it :)
 
acctually there's tons rss feed to fetch out there, news, videos etc

but i'm looking for rss mod, does any one know some info about it, I mean, the news that rss to fetch is include in all contents of the source, images and/or in the original form.

somebody help me please
