Okay, we got oursoftware and build our knowledge base. Next option we want to track how many time the troubleshooting is successful. <br />Well a few theories are in the works. <br />i do know that the reporting can track usage. So can I have a usage report that tracks links clicked?<br />I mean I know that like epson, microsoft have did this resolve questions on their pages. How is the answer recorded? applets, emails?<br />Is there some kind of counter i can use?
