rewrite allfile.php file to allfile.html using htaccess

i want rewrite the all file of php extension to htmlexample like this\[code\]www.mydomain.com/file.php to www.mydomain.com/file.html\[/code\]I am put this code on my htaccess\[code\]AddHandler application/x-httpd-php .php .html .htm \[/code\]But it will not workwhat can i do for work this code thanks
