RequestReduce cache flushing

I am thinking about using RequestReduce in our asp.net Webforms Application. We have 2 Webservers so we probably will store the generated content in our database to synchronize between the servers. I am however concerned about how RequestReduce detects changes in css and javascript files. The documentation states that RequestReduce will only notice changes if the url
