Helo People i have problem with vBulletin,is nulled someone sending Abuse for my forum, in vb.com so nulled is ilegal ..provider in my hosting is turned off my forum because ihave nulled can a help me someone..
now i dont know what VB to use

You need to change you server blero , there is nothing to help other than changing your Domain server ...

if you want to run nulled scripts, u need a host that allows warez linking at the very least, usually offshore
