REQ: Thread URL Hack

similar to the one found here:

where it reads the thread title and makes a link at the top of the page like that with a predefined link... i have vBSEO installed too so if it's an option there please inform me how to enable it...

okay as you can see in this screenshot:

they take the thread title for every thread on the forum and right under the nav bar they place a link with the words "Direct download {thread title} here" i'm wondering how i can get my forum to do that with my thread titles
