There is a site [macedonian] and has stng like tabbed forum home but look/is flash. heres the sample->

And BTW it's the one on top with the icons like Rocket Dock for Windows XP.
 
But isn't there like an xml file to just install or do i have to make template modifications. I can't find the variables and i think it's cuz im using Red Alert Skin
