I think he is talking about the "Similar Threads" option included in vBulletin and you can find it in your board options.
vBulletin Options==> Thread Display Options (showthread)===> Show Similar Threads? ==> Yes

the simular thread thing is for vb3.7 as far as i can remember so it can be that it will not work in 3.6

wrong speedrazors it is build for 3.6.7 and it works fine in 3.6.8 but it doesnt work in 3.7
