inferno shoutbox but if you want to make it compatible with 3.7 *-* would be a really hard work, inferno shoutbox does what you say

yup inferno but get the pro version but like already stated you will have to do the phpmyadmin trick for 3.7 or apparently if you use v1.1 of inferno shout from the official boards it works with 3.7 but i cannot confirm this,

inferno really is the best

you should try this shoutbox (it should be 2.0.1)
i checked it on beta 5 and beta 6 and it works...
