[REQ] Poll expiration notification

i've googled every possible search string variation i can think of and browsed every addon page of both this site and vbulletin.org and i cannot find a hack/addon for giving members the option to be notified when a poll expires. if someone can find/make one for vBulletin 3.7.x it would be greatly appreciated.

Tried looking on vbulletin.org, if you find it, give me the link and I will get it for you.
