[REQ] Modification of vbulletin theme for look of joomla theme

Hi guys.

I got theme for Joomla from Gavick, this one > Welcome to the Frontpage

Did someone can try make some theme of vbulletin, maybe "morbid_blueb", or "webpoint" - modification for look like this joomla theme? Or maybe someone saw similiar to this joomla look theme of vbulletin?
