[req]Link Titles.

Actually i don't know the mod name or whatever it is, but i really need it.

VBTeam used it. It displays Link Titles on entering url's.
eg.
when i enter this:-

http://www.vbteam.info/

It changes to this:-

[url=http://www.vbteam.info/]vBTEAM Underground - Free vBulletin Hacks, Skins and Support[/url]
