1-can someone give me a tutorial on how to do port a style of vbulletin?
2- what is the advertising system here(vbteam)?

How do you mean port a style? do you mean import?

If so, log in to Admin CP > Styles & Templates > Download/Upload Styles > Import Style XML File

The mod they use here, I have seen in a mod pack. They are using more than one script.

I think he's talking about rip type porting? . sorry i don't know , might be some experts from the forum can help?

Porting is basically that u have a legit old version of a copy like 3.8.1 and u want it to be 3.8.2 but the orginal poster isnt relasing anymore so u would need to edit the proper templates like forumhome,header etc to make it compatiable for the new version so on how to port go to your skin and see what needs updated :)
