[REQ] for complaining members

I have a weird request.

I have whiny, bitchy members who crying even if something minor is changed (example I put a marquee on my board and I had several members bitch about it cause it is distracting. Another example is that I put the top 5 stats plug in on the board and 3 members cried that it took longer to load. I even had 1 person complain after I installed a compression plug in).

My question is this. Are there any addon's or plug in that would allow me to do something that points out they are whining and bitching like a ill behaved child?

And post an announcement or something to let them know that members who complain will be moved to this group. Or you could always give them infractions.

The miserable user group is a great way of dealing with members like this. You don't even have to tell them. Just make them look like a regular member within the Miserable Group. Have Fun.
